This guided\, four-course beer-paired dinner celebrates bold flavours\, thoughtful pairings\, and the stories behind each pour. \nThe evening begins with a welcome beer and unfolds through a seated tasting experience where each course is paired with a Town Brewery beer\, introduced by the brewer with a short story on style\, flavour\, and inspiration. With just 30 guests\, expect a lively\, brewery-driven atmosphere designed for great beer\, great food\, and good conversation. \nDETAILS\nThursday\, May 14th\, 2026\n7:00 PM to 9:00 PM\nNest at Trail Hub \n \nHOW THE NIGHT FLOWS \nThis is a guided tasting experience built around five tasting-size pours\, each paired with a thoughtfully designed course. Before every pour\, the brewer shares a short story about the beer\, its style\, and what to look for in the glass.
