I provide classes to work on the mind\, body\, and breath. My classes focus on strength\, balance\, and flexibility\, and are tailored to the audience I’m working with. I have worked with students\, professionals\, and many different studios around Durham.\nMy yoga interest stemmed from my time as a professional dancer\, which led me to different forms of exercise to benefit my training. My goal is always to have you leave feeling as though you’ve created space within the mind and body for new and better things to come your way. \n  \nThis is your weekly chance to unwind\, recharge\, and reconnect with yourself and with a beautiful community.
