Led by certified instructor Brooke Van Dyk\, this all-levels flow invites you to move\, breathe\, and reset alongside a group of like-minded souls\, all while soaking in the beauty of Trail Hub. \nEach week\, we’ll come together to ground ourselves through yoga\, then linger a little longer with a glass of wine and good company. I provide classes to work on the mind\, body\, and breath. My classes focus on strength\, balance\, and flexibility\, and are tailored to the audience I’m working with. I have worked with students\, professionals\, and many different studios around Durham.\nMy yoga interest stemmed from my time as a professional dancer\, which led me to different forms of exercise to benefit my training. My goal is always to have you leave feeling as though you’ve created space within the mind and body for new and better things to come your way. \n  \nThis is your weekly chance to unwind\, recharge\, and reconnect with yourself and with a beautiful community.
