Priced at just $70 per person, our Date Night menu includes a starter, two entrées, dessert, and a sparkling toast from our Canadian beverage list — all served in the cozy, refined setting of Nest. It’s relaxed enough to feel comfortable, but thoughtfully curated to feel like a treat. We’re proud to be Feast On® certified, reflecting our deep commitment to sourcing Ontario-grown and raised ingredients.
A Menu Rooted in Durham Flavours
The Date Night menu showcases seasonal ingredients, local farms, and creative flair from our kitchen.
Begin with a starter to share — perhaps the Sumac Roasted Carrots, featuring heirloom carrots finished with Rosewood Estates wildflower honey, lemon yogurt, hummus, and microgreens. Or try the Mushroom & Burrata Toast, made with roasted Unionville oyster mushrooms, local sourdough, and creamy Bella Casara burrata.
For mains, we’ve built a lineup with something for every palate. The Maple Pecan Crusted Salmon is a crowd favourite — glazed with local Ennis maple syrup, served over sweet potato mash and paired with seasonal vegetables. For a cozy, comforting choice, the Brisket Pappardelle layers 16-hour house-smoked brisket with tomato sauce, roasted cherry tomatoes, and Bright Brand aged cheddar. Plant-based guests will love the Cauliflower Steak, dressed in chipotle hummus, kale chips, and chimichurri for a vibrant, smoky profile. And if you’re in the mood for a show-stopping classic, the Steak & Frites with Yukon Gold potato pave and demi-glace brings serious table appeal.
Finish on a sweet note with our indulgent Biscoff Tiramisu or ask your server about our rotating vegan dessert options. Paired with a glass of Nest’s own sparkling wine, it’s a midweek moment worth celebrating.

This season, we’re raising our glass to something we’ve been working toward behind the scenes: our beverage program is now over 85% Canadian. From the wines and ciders to the mocktails and craft beer, we’ve intentionally curated a menu that celebrates the richness and creativity of local producers.
One of the stars of our list that we’re especially proud to highlight is Rosewood Winery. Nestled in Niagara’s Beamsville Bench, Rosewood is a family-run winery and meadery known for its sustainable practices, commitment to biodiversity, and exceptional wines. Beyond their thoughtful winemaking, they’re also renowned beekeepers and their wildflower honey is featured not only in our kitchen, but also in our cocktails!
A few of our favourites from Rosewood, perfect for lingering afternoons and golden-hour toasts once our patio opens in May include Flora Rosé, light and fresh with vibrant acidity and Charmat Rosé, a sparkling rosé with fine bubbles and juicy berry notes. These aren’t just wines; they’re expressions of place, passion, and people — which is why they’re right at home on our list.
