From general admission to our new Packages, we’ve got the perfect option for your night out in nature’s backyard!
General Admission – $20
Includes full access to all activities, dancing, BBQ + drink stations, and wristband on arrival.
Group Packages:
- Honky Tonk Package – $325 (6–8 guests): Reserved table, 12 craft cans, 2 nacho platters.
- Rodeo Round-Up – $375 (6–8 guests): Reserved table, 2 pitchers of sangria, 4 flatbreads.
- Hoedown Package – $450 (10–12 guests): Reserved table, 4 pitchers of beer/cider, deluxe snack platter.
Private Country Dining Experience
$200 Room reservation + $85 per person for dinner.
Reserve a cozy private dining space before the Country Night festivities begin. Includes general admission for all guests and exclusive use of a private room for up to 8 people. A delicious three-course, country-style dinner will be served from 6:00 PM to 7:45 PM. Food and drinks not included in the room reservation – dinner is charged at $85+ tax per person attending the dinner (allowing up to 8). Gratuity and tax added at checkout.
Cake Cutting Option – $40
Bring your own celebration cake—we provide the plates and forks.

All Ages Welcome – With Strict Conditions
Country Night is an all-ages event, but strict policies apply to anyone under the legal drinking age (19 years old in Ontario):
- Minors must be accompanied at all times by one of their identifiable parents—not a sibling, not a friend, and not a friend’s parent.
- There are no exceptions to this policy.
- Parents must remain on-site and with their minor children for the entire duration of their stay.
No Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued to any ticket holder under 19 who arrives without their parent present.
- No refunds for anyone caught attempting to use a fake ID—this will result in immediate removal and a permanent ban from Trail Hub.
No refunds for any guests who choose to leave with someone who has been denied entry for any reason.
Zero Tolerance for Underage Drinking
- Minors may not consume, possess, or handle alcohol under any circumstances.
- Anyone found violating this rule will be removed immediately and banned from future events.
Right to Refuse Entry
Trail Hub reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest not complying with these policies, without refund.
Additional Event Policies
- Wristband Required: All guests must check in and wear a wristband at all times.
- Coat Check: $5 per item or leave your coat in your vehicle.
- No Re-Entry: Guests who leave the event area will not be readmitted.
- Bag Policy: Small bags only; all bags subject to search.
- Security On-Site: For everyone’s safety and comfort.
- Smoking: Allowed in designated outdoor zones only.
- Drug-Free Event: No illegal substances permitted.
- Cannabis Use: If you choose to use cannabis, you will not be served alcohol.
