Trail Hub × Town Brewery – Brewer’s Dinner Experience

Trail Hub and Town Brewery come together for a one-night Brewer’s Dinner Experience that brings craft beer to the centre of the table. This guided, four-course beer-paired dinner celebrates bold flavours, thoughtful pairings, and the stories behind each pour.

The evening begins with a welcome beer and unfolds through a seated tasting experience where each course is paired with a Town Brewery beer, introduced by the brewer with a short story on style, flavour, and inspiration. With just 30 guests, expect a lively, brewery-driven atmosphere designed for great beer, great food, and good conversation.

How the Night Flows

This is a guided tasting experience built around five tasting-size pours, each paired with a thoughtfully designed course. Before every pour, the brewer shares a short story about the beer, its style, and what to look for in the glass. The chef then introduces the dish and the intention behind the pairing.

Guests are seated together at a communal table, encouraging conversation between courses, with a relaxed Q&A following the main course.

Each place setting includes a tasting card outlining the beer name, style, and key tasting notes to guide you through the experience.
