Unwined Wednesdays isn’t just a yoga class—it’s a midweek pause to reconnect with a growing community. Led by certified instructor Brooke Van Dyk, this all-levels flow invites you to move, breathe, and reset alongside a group of like-minded souls, all while soaking in the beauty of Trail Hub.
Each week, we’ll come together to ground ourselves through yoga, then linger a little longer with a glass of wine and good company. It’s your moment to pause, connect, and enjoy.
What to Bring:
– Yoga mat
– Block or props (if you use them)
– Water bottle
– Comfy clothes/ layers
– A curious heart

Trail Hub – 722 Chalk Lake Road, UxbridgeClass will be held outside only. Inclement weather will force a delay or cancellation – Participants will be notified accordingly.
Post-class:
Optional wine + connection at The Nest Lounge.
About Your Instructor:
My name is Brooke Van Dyk. I am a self-employed yoga, dance, and Pilates instructor, running a small business working with people in the area. I teach all ages and levels, from beginner to experienced. I provide classes to work on the mind, body, and breath. My classes focus on strength, balance, and flexibility, and are tailored to the audience I’m working with. I have worked with students, professionals, and many different studios around Durham.
My yoga interest stemmed from my time as a professional dancer, which led me to different forms of exercise to benefit my training. My goal is always to have you leave feeling as though you’ve created space within the mind and body for new and better things to come your way.
This is your weekly chance to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with yourself and with a beautiful community. We can’t wait to see you on the mat.
