Frequently Asked Questions

No, only baked goods from a licensed and insured bakery. Dessert Food trucks are also not allowed. Outside baked food from an insured and licensed bakery will be subject to a 15% landmark fee. 

Homebaked items are not allowed.  You may provide them as favors to be handed out as guests are leaving and to be consumed after the event. They must be wrapped and sealed in plastic and labelled for any allergens.

No, guests cannot self-serve any alcoholic beverage.

We accommodate vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free needs. However, halal options are not available at this time. Please let our Event Manager know of any dietary restrictions not listed above.

Yes, a dedicated Event Manager will support you throughout the planning process and on the day of your event.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy varies based on the type of event and the notice given. For most corporate events, cancellations made more than 60 days in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made between 30–60 days before the event may incur a cancellation fee, while cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. Please inquire for full details regarding your specific event.
