Meet Our Local Suppliers
Chef Jordan Richardson
Jordan Richardson, a native of Markham, has built a stellar reputation in the culinary world, thanks to his formal training at George Brown College in Culinary Management. After mastering his craft in Downtown Toronto and later working as a Sous Chef at a renowned Italian restaurant, Jordan most recently led the kitchen at The Cornerhouse in Stouffville. There, he introduced the farm-to-table philosophy and earned a prestigious 100km Foods Inc. certification—a program we’re excited to bring to Trail Hub in the near future.
