MTB Enduro

Ontario Enduro Series – Opening Round

Bike Fest will host the opening round of the Ontario Enduro Series, bringing competitive enduro racing to Trail Hub and the Durham Forest trail network.

The race will venture beyond the Trail Hub property and into Durham Forest, utilizing some of the region’s most notable and well-loved mountain bike trails.

Riders will navigate a series of timed stages connected by pedal transitions through forest singletrack, technical terrain, and flowing descents.

Participants can expect 3–4+ hours of riding across varied terrain that highlights the depth and quality of riding in the region.

The race concludes with final stages descending back toward Trail Hub, finishing on fast, flowy trails that return riders directly to the festival village.

Whether racing for the podium or simply embracing the challenge, the Enduro is designed to showcase the best mountain biking Durham Region has to offer.

Gravel Fondo

The Bike Fest Gravel Fondo explores the rolling gravel roads and rural landscapes surrounding Trail Hub, offering riders the opportunity to experience some of the best gravel riding in the region.

Starting and finishing at Trail Hub, the route will guide riders through scenic countryside routes featuring smooth gravel sectors, rolling terrain, and quiet backroads.

Multiple route distances are currently being finalized, with options designed to accommodate both endurance-focused riders and those looking for a shorter but equally memorable ride.

For optimal performance and comfort, recommended tire sizes are 38–45c, well suited to the gravel conditions found throughout the area.

Whether you’re chasing distance, riding with friends, or exploring new roads, the Gravel Fondo celebrates the adventurous spirit that defines gravel cycling.

Festival & Expo Village

At the center of Bike Fest is the Festival & Expo Village, where riders, spectators, brands, and partners gather throughout the day.

The village will feature:

  • Cycling brands and vendor activations
  • Industry partners and product showcases
  • Bike demos where applicable
  • Food and beverage offerings
  • Music and relaxed social gathering spaces

Even if you’re not racing, the village offers a chance to connect with the cycling community and experience the energy of the festival.

A Festival Built Around Cycling Culture

Bike Fest is designed as a community-first gathering for riders.

For one day, Trail Hub becomes a hub for cycling culture where riders, brands, and spectators come together both on and off the bike.

The festival includes:

  • Ontario Enduro Series racing
  • Scenic gravel fondo routes
  • Vendor and brand activations
  • Demo opportunities where applicable
  • Food and beverage from Nest at Trail Hub
  • Music and social gathering spaces

It’s a day built around the shared love of riding.

Vendor & Brand Participation

Bike Fest has been designed as a community-driven event that brings riders, brands, and the cycling industry together in a way that is mutually beneficial.

Rather than creating another event that charges vendors simply for space, our goal is to build a collaborative platform where brands can connect directly with riders while collectively helping promote the event and grow the cycling community.

To support this approach, Trail Hub offers complimentary vendor space to brands that participate as co-marketing partners.

In exchange, partners are asked to support the event through simple promotional efforts such as:

  • Sharing the event through social media leading up to Bike Fest
  • Including the event in a newsletter or email campaign
  • Tagging Trail Hub and official event accounts where applicable
  • Helping spread awareness through in-store conversations and rider engagement

This collaborative model helps ensure the event is promoted collectively by the cycling community, not solely by Trail Hub.

*If you prefer to participate with a vendor booth without marketing commitments, please contact us.

Partnerships & Sponsors

To support Bike Fest, Trail Hub will collaborate with a small number of aligned partners who want to support the rider experience and help grow cycling culture in the region.

Rather than large title sponsorships, the focus is on practical partnerships that enhance the event and provide meaningful brand presence.

Potential partnership areas include:

  • Bike & Component Brands – bike demos, technical support, and rider engageme
  • Hydration & Nutrition Partners – on-course hydration, recovery, and rider fueling stations
  • Automotive / Vehicle Partner – Gravel Fondo follow vehicles and course support
  • Trail & Outdoor Brands – trail stewardship, outdoor gear, and recreation support
  • Hospitality & Beverage Partners – post-ride food, beverage, and festival atmosphere
  • Rider Prizes & Awards – podium prizes and rider giveaways

We are seeking 3–5 partners who want to support grassroots cycling events while building authentic connections with riders.

Bike Fest welcomes:
