After your ride, unwind at the HandleBar Grill. Situated at the perfect start and end point for any ride, our on-site restaurant serves a selection of local craft beers, wines, and ciders. Park, ride, eat – and then relax with a drink in hand, reflecting on a day well spent exploring the outdoors.

Please note we do not allow outside food or drinks on the property and ask you not to tailgate at your vehicle.

General Information

An e-mountain bike is a mountain bike equipped with an electric motor to assist with pedaling, making it easier to tackle technical trails and long rides.

Our e-mountain bike rentals will be available starting in June 2024.

Trail Hub is located at 722 Chalk Lake Road, Uxbridge, Ontario, in the Greater Toronto Area, offering direct trailside access to Walker Woods, Glen Major, and Durham Forest.

Yes. There is a $50 cancellation and restocking fee.

After Your Ride

 If you experience any issues with the bike, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Return the bike to the rental shop by the designated time. Our team will perform a thorough inspection upon return.

Riding and Safety

Yes, wearing a helmet is mandatory for all riders.

Riders must be at least 16 years old to rent and ride our e-mountain bikes.

We recommend bringing water, snacks, a charged mobile phone, appropriate clothing, and a sense of adventure!

You can navigate the forest using the Trail Forks app. This app provides detailed maps, trail conditions, and navigation features to help you explore the trails safely and efficiently. Make sure to download the app and the trail maps before your ride for offline access.

 Trail Hub is situated on 200 acres of forest that borders a conservation forest with immediate access to over 240 km of trails. Our property features a variety of trails ranging from easy to extremely difficult, catering to all skill levels.

Currently, we do not rent bikes to kids under the age of 16. However, kids are welcome to bring their own bikes and ride with renters. They will need a trail pass and adequate equipment, including a helmet.

Yes, we do! For those looking for guided rides, skills clinics, or coaching, please contact Trail Hub directly to inquire more about our partnership with Minii Adventures Mountain Bike Skills Coaching and Clinics.

Our staff member on-site will guide you through the check-in and check-out process to ensure you fully understand shifting gears, brakes, tire pressure, suspension, and that the bike is set up for your rider weight and ability level.

We offer a 15-minute grace period for late returns. If you exceed this grace period, additional charges may apply. No-shows on reservations will be charged a restocking fee of $25.

No, e-bikes cannot be transported on vehicles. They must be ridden from the trailhead and must not leave the Durham Forest region, which includes Walker Woods, Glen Major, and Duffins Headwaters.
