Country Fest at Trail Hub is a full-day outdoor celebration bringing together live country music, local vendors, great food, and classic summer activities. From family-friendly daytime experiences to a high-energy 19+ only country night, this is your go-to Canada Day destination.

We are excited to invite you as a vendor for Country Fest,We are excited to support and showcase local businesses, brands, and makers by bringing them together as part of this community-focused Canada Day celebration.
Vendor Requirements & Setup:
- No vendor fee
- 9:00 AM grounds access
- Vendors are required to bring their own 10×10 tent
- Vendors must be fully set up by 11:30 AM and remain open until 5:00 PM

Alycia Hebert (A-LEE-CEE-UH), is a rising country artist from Whitby, Ontario. She brings heart, hustle, and fun to all of her performances, lighting up every stage she hits.

- Country Night is a 19+ event only
No Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued to any ticket holder under 19.
- No refunds for anyone caught attempting to use a fake ID—this will result in immediate removal and a permanent ban from Trail Hub.
- No refunds for any guests who choose to leave with someone who has been denied entry for any reason.
- Group packages are non-refundable.
Zero Tolerance for Underage Drinking
- Minors may not consume, possess, or handle alcohol under any circumstances.
- Anyone found violating this rule will be removed immediately and banned from future events.
Right to Refuse Entry
Trail Hub reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest not complying with these policies, without refund.
Additional Event Policies
- No Water Bottles to be brought onto the premises.
- Wristband Required: All guests must check in and wear a wristband at all times.
- No Re-Entry: Guests who leave the event area will not be readmitted.
- Bag Policy: Small bags only; all bags subject to search.
- Security On-Site: For everyone’s safety and comfort.
- Smoking: Allowed in designated outdoor zones only.
- Drug-Free Event: No illegal substances permitted.
Cannabis Use: If you choose to use cannabis, you will not be served alcohol.

We love the beautiful venue the beautiful spacious dance floor and all of the fun linedancing we get to do! Everyone is very friendly and everyone tries to help people learn to dance. The instructors are great and teach us new dances every week! The food is also very tasty and they even have barbecues for us in the summer. The staff are also very helpful and friendly there.
