Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Expert Maintenance & Repair: Deliver first-class service and repairs for mountain bikes, ensuring each ride is both safe and thrilling.
  • Fleet Management: Manage the upkeep of our rental bikes, including regular maintenance, cleaning, and servicing to maintain optimal performance.
  • Inventory & Retail Management: Efficiently handle parts and accessories inventory, coupled with retail responsibilities to help customers choose the perfect products for their adventures.
  • Customer Engagement: Connect with our vibrant community of riders, provide expert advice, and enhance their overall experience at Trail Hub.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our trail team to forecast equipment needs and contribute to Trail Hub’s success.

We’re Seeking Someone Who:

  • Has extensive experience in mountain bike servicing and repairs, including working with suspension systems and e-bike motors.
  • Stays updated on the latest in cycling technology and maintenance techniques.
  • Thrives in customer interaction and supports a diverse community of cyclists.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills to handle a bustling service schedule and maintain our bike fleet.
  • Has experience in inventory management and retail operations within the bike industry.
