About the Role

As the Bike Shop Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Trail Hub Bike Shop, with responsibility across retail, service, rentals, and e-commerce fulfillment.

This is a hands-on, working role for someone who is mechanically skilled, organized, and operationally strong. You will be responsible for executing at a high level across in-store and online sales, ensuring a seamless experience from purchase to fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily bike shop operations including retail sales, service/repairs, and rental fleet management
  • Drive revenue through bike sales, accessories, service, and online orders
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and receiving, ensuring accurate counts and proper product flow
  • Handle e-commerce fulfillment, including order picking, packing, shipping, and tracking
  • Coordinate shipping and logistics, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective courier management
  • Process inbound shipments, verify product accuracy, and organize back-of-house inventory
  • Maintain and service rental fleet, ensuring all bikes are safe, clean, and guest-ready
  • Lead and train team members, ensuring strong customer service and technical execution
  • Collaborate with marketing and events teams to support promotions, activations, and cycling events
  • Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency, reporting, and overall shop performance

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong mechanical knowledge of bikes, including service and repair experience
  • Experience in retail, bike shop operations, or e-commerce fulfillment/logistics
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, especially with inventory and order accuracy
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask across in-store customers and online order flow
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Passion for cycling and outdoor recreation
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods
